I'm an accredited Clinical Psychologist with a passion to help people heal from their past and build the life that they want to live.
Every person who comes in is a unique individual with different goals for therapy and different pathways they wish to take. To allow for this I draw on a number of evidence-based therapies to suit the needs and desires of my clients. These include:
Cognitive Behaviour Therapy
Acceptance Commitment Therapy
Hearing voices approach
I completed my Masters of Clinical Psychology at Adelaide University, receiving the Florence Booth Prize for my masters thesis on the psychological impact of cancer on patients and their carers. I have worked across the private, public and university sectors. I currently consult privately out of the Anxiety Disorders & Trauma Clinic and within Northern Community Mental Health Services.
I have published work relating to mindfulness and the psychological impact of chronic disease on both patients and carers. I work with a broad set of clients, ranging from those adjusting to change and loss, to people with anxiety, depression, PTSD, complex trauma, dissociative disorders, and those experiencing voices.
